Share your call times, locations and production activities with Anne. Our Clinical Lead reviews the medical requirements, and Anne confirms the staff, equipment and agreed scope before your booking is accepted.
Stunts, specialist activities, additional staff and ambulance requirements must be discussed separately. The day rate does not include an unrestricted medical team or ambulance.
Day rate & booking terms
- Film day
- £250
- Per 10-hour day. Staff scope confirmed by Anne.
- Agreed overtime
- £50/hour
- Double the film hourly rate after the confirmed finish; invoiced separately.
- Booking deposit
- £100
- Included in the £250 day price, leaving £150 on the invoice for one day. One deposit per booking. Non-refundable if you cancel, subject to statutory rights; refunded if we cannot provide cover.
Your date is secured after written confirmation and receipt of the deposit. Cancellation of a confirmed booking incurs the full agreed amount by invoice, less payments already made and subject to statutory rights.
